From his university days, Wayne was active within organizations serving the family. He has been in leadership at the local, regional, and national levels, giving him insight into many aspects of the issues involved.

Wayne’s own experiences of marriage and family have made him passionate about these areas. All of this has contributed to him maintaining an active focus on keeping up-to-date and well-informed. His background as a classroom teacher allows him to deliver such information with clarity and energy.
