To book, whether by telephone or e-mail, be prepared to discuss whether you are seeking (1) counselling, coaching, or education; (2) the nature of the session (i.e., its purpose); (3) where/how it will take place (usually this will be at the office); and (4) options for when you are available.
As a limited practice, appointments are usually in the late afternoon or evening of weekdays or Saturday mornings or early afternoons. It saves time to have the intake form filled out in preparation for this session. This helps make the first meeting as productive as possible and gives further details that are important for clients to understand.
Missed appointments, not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, will be charged to your account.
