From his university days, Wayne was active within organizations serving the family. He has been in leadership at the local, regional, and national levels - giving him insight into many aspects of the issues affecting families.

Additionally, his own experiences of marriage and family life have made him passionate in its service. This has resulted in him maintaining an active focus and keeping up-to-date and well-informed. These traits can be seen in the office but also through education and advocacy. With a background as a classroom teacher, he delivers such information with clarity and energy.

Groups presentations (series or stand alone; lecture, seminar, or workshop) are available on issues involving faith, family, marriage, or parenting. While some such, like those here, have already been given, new ones can be developed by request. As with other services, presentations can be done on-site or online.
